FRIDAY:  MORNING SHOWERS, THEN MOSTLY CLOUDY, BREEZY AND COOL.  HIGH: MID TO UPPER 50S.   WIND: WEST/NORTHWEST 12 TO 28 MPH, GUSTING TO NEAR 30.
