TODAY:  RAINY AND BECOMING WINDY.   ANOTHER QUARTER TO HALF INCH OF RAIN.  WINDS THIS AFTERNOON AND OVERNIGHT COULD GUST TO 40 AND 50 MPH.   STEADY TEMPS IN THE LOW TO MID 40S.  WIND: NORTHEAST TO NORTHWEST 25 TO 35, GUSTING TO 45 AND HIGHER.
OVERNIGHT:  CLOUDY, RAINY AND WINDY.   NORTH/NORTHWEST WINDS COULD GUST OVER 50 MPH, OTHERWISE A 35 TO 45 MPH WIND.  TEMPS COOLING TO 30 TO 35.  SOME SNOW MIXING WITH THE RAIN LATE NIGHT.
TUESDAY:  CLOUDY AND WINDY, WITH RAIN ENDING SLOWLY.  WINDS CONTINUE BUT DIMINISH BY LATE AFTERNOON.  WINDS: NORTHWEST 25 TO 45 MPH.   HIGH TOMORROW 36 TO 40.
