TODAY:  CLOUDY WITH SNOW NORTH AND STEADY TO FALLING TEMPERATURES.   CLOUDY SOUTH, WITH A HIGH IN THE UPPER 30S,  AND RAIN, MIXING WITH AND CHANGING TO SNOW THIS AFTERNOON.  1 TO 4 INCH SNOWFALL NORTH WITH 2 TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE ACCUMULATION.   SOUTH OF I-94 LITTLE IF ANY ACCUMULATION.
THIS EVENING:  WINDY WITH BLOWING SNOW AND SOME SLICK ROADS, ESPECIALLY  NORTH.  TEMPS FALLING INTO THE 20S.  WIND: NORTH/NORTHWEST 15 TO 30 MPH.
OVERNIGHT:  SNOW ENDING.  COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS AND BLOWING SNOW NORTH.   LOW: 15 TO 20.  WIND: NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH.
THURSDAY:  PARTLY SUNNY, WINDY AND COLD WITH COLD WIND CHILLS.  NEARLY STEADY TEMPS FROM 20 NORTH TO 25 SOUTH.   WIND: NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH.
