One person was killed in a 3 vehicle accident in MN’s Pope County.

According to the MN State Patrol, a 2001 Buick LeSabre traveling west on Highway 28 spun out on the ice was struck on the rear by Semi driven by 53 year-old Phillip Peterson of Glenwood.  The semi struck an unattended 1996 Chevy Blazer that was in the ditch.

The person driving the Buick was dead at the scene.  The name of the victim has not been released.
