A Lamoure man was injured after his crop-sprayer crashed in Dickey County on Tuesday evening.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the plane went down around 7:30, ending up in a ditch near Monango.

The Patrol says the pilot, identified as David Lux of Lamoure, suffered a head injury and was exposed to the pesticide he was spraying.

He was airlifted to Sanford in Fargo.

His condition is not available at this time.
