Shortly before midnight on Saturday night, the Wilkin County Sheriff's Department responded to a call of a home invasion east of Breckenridge on Highway 210.

The Wahpeton Police Department's K-9 Unit was able to track the scent of a suspect from the home to a corn field north, and kept the scent for about a half mile to the west towards Breckenridge, before losing it.  

The suspect is still at large, and was described as a male wearing a dark colored shirt or sweatshirt.
