FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) - A Pelican Rapids man has died from injuries suffered when he fell off a party bus over Halloween weekend.

The Otter Tail County coroner's office says 24-year-old Raul Patino died Saturday at a Fargo hospital.

According to The Daily Journal of Fergus Falls, Coroner Gregory Smith says Patino died from a traumatic brain injury suffered in the fall. His death was ruled accidental.

The Otter Tail County sheriff's office says alcohol is believed to be a factor in the accident, which happened early on Oct. 30 near Erhard.

MnDOT was called in to investigate whether the bus was operating legally.
