Wednesday night, a man was stabbed at Sportsman’s Bar in downtown Wahpeton.

34 year-old Ephram Luna of Breckenridge received a laceration to his left forearm in the attack. Luna’s injury was not considered to be life-threatening.

Witnesses were able to identify the suspect who fled the scene, and he was later arrested outside of a residence in north Wahpeton.

Wahpeton Police Chief Scott Thorsteinson says the suspect will be identified upon being formally charged.
