BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - State officials say a website that outlines tuition and fees for college programs is up and running.

The estimator allows users to make cost comparisons among the campuses and list program and course costs for each college.

Complaints about fees led lawmakers last session to pass a measure that requires state colleges to list program charges and how the money was spent.

State senator Mac Schneider, one of the bill's sponsors, says the tuition and fee estimator provides accountability and transparency to the system.
