A Dwight man that fled the scene of an accident on Tuesday night was apprehended shorty after 11 yesterday morning.
33 year-old Darin Gilsdorf was taken into custody at his home in Dwight. During the apprehension an accidental discharge of a firearm occurred. No one was injured, and the ND BCI is investigating.
Gilsdorf was taken to St. Francis Medical Center for treatment of a head injury sustained in the accident.
Gilsdorf is being held in the Richland County Jail pending formal charges.
