SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man wanted in four states for defrauding farmers has been captured in Sioux Falls.
The Sioux Falls Area Fugitive Task Force found 63-year-old Dennis Burton on Wednesday. He's wanted in South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota and Iowa.
Burton is accused of promising buildings to customers, collecting a down payment and failing to deliver. He operated under the business name of Pioneer. Burton, of West Fargo, also goes by the name Dennis Walker.
Burton will be transported first to Grant County in South Dakota to face charges.
