The Twin Towns received 3 inches of snow on Sunday. Some other area snow totals include 5.2 inches for Fargo-Moorhead, Valley City had 2 inches, Fergus Falls reported 1 inch of accumulation.
Law enforcement agencies throughout the region reported slick roads, sending vehicles sliding into ditches.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported two multi-vehicle accidents on Interstate 94 Sunday morning – one just east of Rothsay and the other a couple miles east of Moorhead – though the injuries in each were either not life-threatening or minor.
Roads are slick and snow covered this morning, and authorities are advising motorists to allow extra travel time.
