Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum has several stops planned in North Dakota on Wednesday.
    
Santorum will start the day in Tioga, in the heart North Dakota's oil patch. He will hold a round table discussion at Hess Oil followed by a town hall.
    
He then heads to the other side of the state for an evening rally in Fargo.
    
Santorum next heads to Michigan. He campaigned in Washington and Idaho on Tuesday.
