New Refuge Headquarters

CAYUGA, ND – A new headquarters is being built at Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge.  The old building was taken down last week and construction on the new office will begin in the following weeks.  The Refuge staff has moved into temporary office space located just south of the old office site.

The office was built in the late 1960’s and an addition was constructed in 1991.  The new office will be built on the same site and will be approximately the same square footage.  The contractor estimates that the new office will be done sometime toward the end of the year.
